1997 Vauxhall Tigra Front Wheel Drive Manual 67000 miles

i believe the rocker cover seal is no good as it is leaking oil into the spark plugs. how do i get to this seal to change it

remove the rocker cover .. remove the seal/gasket replace with new and re-install cover .. making sure it is seated correctly ..
