2005 Other Vauxhall Models Remote central locking

The radio-remote to my central locking on my 2005 Vauxhall Combo van is not working. I've changed the battery in the remote and re-synchronized it, but still no-go. Any ideas where to go next?

you will have to have a vauxhall dealer reprogram it to the cars ECU ...
