1997 Other Vauxhall Models Will not start

I have a Vauxhall Combi Dev Van.I have had the battery changed but it id is dead.
I am wondering if the central locking is connected to the same fuse.
The reason I mention this is the near side passager door will not open

check the immoboliser is turned off
