2001 Vauxhall Omega water around spark plugs

i recently had a new water pump fitted, at the same time new cam belts,all was well for 250miles then my engine lihgt came on and she started missing,on testing it was found my coil pack on 4 cyc was breaking down but found water at the stems of coil pack,dried it out o.k again 20miles same thing happens again, removed coil pack to fine water present again!! where is it coming from? could it be a gasket? help!!

the water cannot be coming from below the plug ..or it would be missing all the time as the plug is obviuosly not sealed .. it must be getting in from above somehow ?
