Need to change my oil filter but can not find where it is to change its a 1.7 turbo diesel on a vauxhall meriva 05 plate anyone help?

The oil filter is located on the engine block inside a plastic housing with a bolt down the centre for removing the inner element.. it is a new element type filter you just replace the element inside the housing .. not the whole filter as with the old type metal ones ... your local library or autoparts store will be able to supply a repair manual with instruction's and diagrams ...
