2004 Vauxhall Meriva Car shake

Shakes or Wobbles problem
2004 Vauxhall Meriva 6 cyl All Wheel Drive 51000 miles

Any help please

Car shakes btwn 35 and 64 mph only

Have been to two diff garages, had wheels balanced twice & other stuff done
vauxhall dealer saying it is drive shaft, both will have to be done and it will cost £1000, which I feel is excessive



Any suggestions gratefully received!!
