2008 Vauxhall Corsa does my pollen filter need changing

just bought a corsa diesel and windscreen not demisting. fan working and dash blowers working fine and getting warm but no air coming through windscreen vents and foot vents

return the vehicle to the dealer .. and have them fix under warenty .. the control doors in the heater box are not switching !
