2004 Vauxhall Corsa knocking noises in my car

i was just wondering what all theese noises could be in my car, when i turn my steering wheel left and right i get a awful creaking nosie, also when i am out driving my car i hear like a knocing noise which sounds like it is coming from the back or underneath the car it seems to get progressively worse if i have been on a long journey!

check power steering fluid level .. you will need a garage to inspect the vehicle to locate the knocking noise
