where is exactly the engine coolant temperature sensor on a vauxhall corsa 2003. 1.2 L
I have bought a new sensor but doesn't resemble anything I can see on the engine. Doesn the sensor have 1 end made of plastic

The coolant temp sensor is screwed into the right hand side of the head. You will only be able to see the plasitic part of the old one with wire's going to it. Your local autoparts store will be able to supply a repair manual with instructions on how to replace and diagrams !
