1993 Vauxhall Corsa Manual 102232 miles

i have a vauxhall corsa when i press the clutch in it makes a grinding noise and also grinds whilst driving but if i lift up clutch pedal it stops any ideas

sounds like the bearing and spring are worn and need replacing have a garage check this out for you !
