1995 Vauxhall Cavalier Two Wheel Drive Manual

my rear right wheel has siezed up and I don't know how to fix it. I have removed wheel and filled the rim with oil and banged on it repeately with a mallot to no avail, has anybody got any advice?

Are the brakes siezed? Or is the wheel stuck on the car?

The wheel comes off but doesn't turn when on the car.

The brakes are siezed and need replacing .. you will have to release the handbrake adjustment and use a hammer around the drum to get it off the car !!
