2002 Vauxhall Astra help

i need to change the starter motor and am unsure where it is i think its on the rear of engine to the left looking from the front of the car also is there anything i shuold know before starting this job

The starter motor is connected to the gearbox by three bolts and a wiring connector ..it is connected where the gearbox meets the engine block on the right hand side of the engine as you look from the front (grill) and looks like the diagram below .. a very easy replacement repair ... hope this helps .. let me know !
