2001 Vauxhall Astra Front Wheel Drive Manual

my heater in the car only works when it wants, one minute it will blows air out then the next theres nothing, my friends say it could be the head gasket, this has been going on for the last 2 days since i bought the car, also now the radio has gone into safe mode. could you please help me?

check the electrical connections the blower motor .. if these look good .. then the electrical contacts (brushes) inside the motor could be bad and need replacing
