2000 Vauxhall Astra very low mpg in 1.8 astra

i am getting about 20 mpg im my 1.8 astra, is there somting i can do to get it up a bit.

(i'v tryed driving slower and adding different types of cleaners to the fuel, so dont think it is that)

have the vehicle serviced .. new plugs/coil .. clean the MAF sensor .. replace the air filter ..
