How to start my car after 1 month standing. 12V Portable Jump Start didn't help. what to do next?

Test the battery open voltage if its lower than 12.4volts charge it by using a battery charger till it gets up to 12.6-12.8 then attempt to start or use a car to car method for 10mins then retry
