1998 Vauxhall Astra Four Wheel Drive Manual 103000 miles

Hello,
I have a Vauxhall Astra 1.6. It is making a lot of noise I think at the back on the passenger side. When driving along it sounds like the wheel.

Please can you help!

have the brake's and wheel bearings also the suspension checked ..
