I NEED HELP I HAVE A VAUXHALL ASTRA R REG AND NEEDS HELP WITH A HANDBRACK PROBLEM I HAVE PUT ON NEW DRUMS AND SHOES AND TIGHTEN THE HANDBRACK BUT IT STILL WANT STOP THE CAR FROM MOVING WHEN IT IS ON AND PUTT IN TO D IT FUALED TTHE MOT WITH 12% ON THE HAND BRACK SOME ONE PLEASE HELP

check the cable for breaks or stretching .. check you have the adjuster correct !
