1996 Vauxhall Astra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

trouble starting, turns over ok but takes a while to fire, once running will start straight away, a bit of smoke from exhaust on starting. friend suggests heater plugs?

sounds like heater plugs .. couls also try changing the fuel filter ..
