1994 Vauxhall Astra Two Wheel Drive Manual 167000 miles

hey,
Whilst trying to start up my car, it just ticks over so i lifted my bonnet and saw blue sparks coming from one of the distributor cables, if i replace the cable, should it start up again?

replace all the ignition wires !
