Just had new brakes fitted to my car today, by a proffesional garrage, national autocentre, had 2 new wheel cylinders, new pads and new rear shoes, got told to expect the brakes to be prety spongy untill everything had settled down, told to do 300 miles and take it back for a re-bleed and check, only done approx 60 miles but the brakes feel pretty poor, there is a lot of travel on both the hand brake and foot brake, the hand brake is approximately at 11 clicks, the foot brake used to be pretty damn good until original wheel cylinders started leaking, now they just feel pathetic, surely this isnt right? The front road wheels are still stiff to turn with the car raised on a jack and in neutral, and when driven the brakes seem to be binding because the 2 front road wheels are getting extremely hot, the rear shoes dont seem to be releasing too well as when driving every now and again when using the foot brake, when you start driving again it seems to be making a noise from n/s rear drum< is this right? Many thanks

No this is not correct take the vehicle back and explain your faults and have them put them correct. Handbrake should be 5/6 clicks and it also sounds like there is still air in the lines
