This car has started stalling and shutting off on hot days like it may be vapor locked. after sitting turned off for around 5-10 minutes will start and run just fine for about 15 miles or so and does the same thing. Only does this when it is hot out, I have changed the fuel filter and tried adding Heet to the tank without any better results. If anyone would have any ideas as to how I can stop, minimize, or avoid this issue I'd greatly appreciate it.

This does sound like a possible fuel issue so we need to start there.

Here is a guide that will show how to test the fuel pressure. We need to check the pressure and then just tape the gauge to the windshield so that you can drive it like normal and watch what the gauge does.

If the fuel pressure checks out then this is the next info we need to start running through.

Please let us know what you find with this and we can go from there. Thanks
