Van will not move after putting it in gear to drive

2007 CHEVROLET VENTURE

After parking van, put it gear to go somewhere the next day, it will not roll forward or backwards. It was making a squeaking noise for a while on the passenger side in the front. The wheels do not roll at all.

if it feels like it wants to move it may be a wheel bearing or axle shaft bad. jack up front wheels and in neutral see if either wheel will turn, if they do then it's maybe a trans problem.
