Water pour in the oil, possible engine has seized

There was water poured in oil I cleaned it out thoroughly but didn't know that there was water in it and I ran it for about 10 minutes and then it stopped after that it seemed like it was froze up. Now it won't start at all. I got it to unlock so it spins the harmonic balancer but it's still not starting. Can you help me?

It sounds like the engine seized from the water in the oil.
