I have the van listed above SE model, L Vin code 3.
A few months ago, the fuel pump quit working. Had a new one installed along with a new fuel filter. A week or so after that it starts hesitating spitting, sputtering and jerking like it's misfiring when you take off from a stop only when it is hot. I am a mechanic by trade, but this is out of my league. I have replaced every sensor, plugs, wires, coil pack, cleaned the throttle plate. Repaired the injector wiring. Had the catalytic converter checked, muffler replaced, and nothing has solved the problem can anyone help with this problem.

This sounds like low fuel pressure you could have a defective pump but to be sure we need to check the fuel pressure.

Here is a guide to help and the instructions on how to do the test on your car:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Fuel System Pressure .................... 400 ± 34 Kpa (58 ± 5 psi)

We should run the codes as well.
