I have replaced catalytic converter and muffler, throttle position sensor. Idles good. When you give it gas bogs down.

Hi, thank you for using 2CarPros. Lets see if we can straighten this out for you.

Your code 13 is probably caused by your code 81 which is a bad idle air control solenoid.

As for the code 99. I find no listing for a code 99. Could it be a different number?
