Do you mean you have a code that says the door is malfunctioning or that you need the code that unlocks the door using the keypad? If it is the first one you would need a scan tool to watch the data from the door as it goes to the GEM module to see if it is the pad or the door module or a wiring fault.
If you need the unlock numbers there is no way for us to know those as they are programmed at random in the factory, and can be user programmed after sale. However if you visit a dealer with the vehicle they can use the VIN number to look up the original code that will still operate, then you can use that number to program the locks to a number you know.
