valve lapping

hi...

i install new cylinder head , new valves and old valve spring but the intak valves not lapping from factory so i do that with my self using valve grinding paste many times according to right way but the valves still leaking.
my question is the old valve spring can caused that or not.

Could be weak, try changing it and see what happens
