Looking to purchase this pickup. I would like to reach 200,000 miles. Do you feel the valve guides will be an issue?

Good afternoon.
As long as the services have been done regularly, yes, you should be good. No common issues I see with the guides.

Timing chains are serviced at 150-175k.
They do not last forever. They have a mileage limit.
