Ran into some problems with the installation of the new gaskets. They line up right, but there are sleeves with a rubber o-ring that the bottom of the sleeve fits through the new gasket and the new o-ring tightens down on the valve cover. The thing is the bottom sleeve part will not fit inside the new gasket, and I've broken two bolts tightening them down with not much effort! Are these the wrong gaskets? They line up perfectly, except for the bolt holes not big enough for the metal sleeve at the bottom of the bolt. I was able to extract the 2 broken studs, very carefully. Getting an exact replacement has been quite difficult. I have something close, but the spacers are a little bigger. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Am I seeing it correctly? It appears one is much larger than the other. If that is the case, they can't be the correct ones.

Take a look below and let me know if that helps at all. Note the torque specifications are also included.

Let me know.

Joe
