I know that you're supposed to use a certain torque when tightening the bolts after replacing the valve cover gasket, but I can't seem to find what it is, can someone help me? I'd be very appreciative!

Yes, I found 8Nm in Mitchell1, so not to tight as to pinch the gasket out. Recheck the tightness after a few days of running the engine.
