Changed TSS and OSS sensors and car won't move in any gear. Will missing check balls cause this problem?

Good morning,
This could be low fluid, front pump failure, or torque converter failure.
It is not electrical, it is a mechanical issue when it will not engage into gear. I attached a chart for you of the possibilities.
