vacuum line

Truck wont move when put into gear. It looks like a vacuum line has come off. The line is located near the B.T.S.I.

a vacuum line would not prevent the transmission from moving. that looks like a broken wire not vacuum. have a local mechanic check that. check fluid level in transmission if you can then have a transmission professional look at it.
