I have high idle replaced all the vacuum lines EGR valve and idle air control valve did not do electrical test or resistance for anything. I did clean the and take replace the 02 sensors up-and-down stream and the exhaust manifold gasket.

I have attached the vacuum schematics for the vehicle. Have you checked the PCV system? See pic 3 regarding the system. Also, here are two links. The first explains how to find a vacuum leak and the second helps with high idle issues.
