Cooling fan comes on and off. While getting my oil changed at local Ford the tech showed me that my vacuum pump was leaking oil. Brakes are good A/C not. Should I just go and replace the pump or just the seals? The A/C is holding refrigerant. Can the vacuum pump cause A/C to blow warm.

Vacuum pump? Do you mean the compressor? We should get a set of pressure gauges on the system to see if the seals are bad inside the compressor. Please go over this video and guide:

and

If the pressure is about the same form high to low side the compressor is bad. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car:

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

The seals. Meant to say gaskets for vacuum pump. The compressor is brand new, not refurbished or remanufactured. The compressor has oil in it and no leaks. The vacuum pump has an oil leak. Fan clutch is good and checked fuse box of both sides under hood driver side.
The HVAC control works when selecting lo to hi, etc.

Replaced compressor with new one. Recharge system and still blowing hot through vents. Can hear the click on and off. I do have a bad vacuum pump casket leaking oil but not bad. Defrost works. May have an A/C line leak now cause it's not holding coolant. I'm about to say no more with Fords because it's just a stupid design and a long list of problems with this car that is at 98000 showing its ugly face.
Sync system is a joke.
BTW
I owned Mustangs and F150s, Focus and Fusion and what a bit.

It sounds like you found the problem with the system leak.

This guide can help pinpoint the leak:
