Vacuum leak

Was driving my car was low on gas it started cutting out my engine light came on and check gauges light was on. Of course because I was low on gas. I made it into the gas station to get gas. After getting the gas I had two blocks before I was home, but it was still cutting out and stalling when I had to stop. I replaced the fuel filter it helped some it is not cutting out as much it stays running until I have to stop. It sounds like I have vacuum leak somewhere.
