After running out of water and low on oil vehicle will not start

Engine was run with out water and had very little oil. Was able to start and move off road, it was missing very bad. Before going to far tried to start engine, but it wont fire.
V6 24 valve engine CE06D24

Hi,

More than likely you have warped the head or in other ways lost compression in the engine. This is very common on engines that are run this way.

Even if this is not the ultimate cause, we need to start here because you need three things to run an engine. Compression, fuel, and spark. Let's start with ensuring compression is good before moving on. Thanks
