Check the fluids and go for a test drive. air conditioner off / radio off/ windows down. Maybe a Vehicle oriented passenger to listen and drive it too.

It did say "OBO", so I would give $900.00 or a $1,000.00 a shot!

Cannot hurt to get yourself a better deal if they will take it!
