Today my iPhone plug is falling into the cigarette lighter plug and now my USB plug in my car does not work anymore.
I did not find a fuse for this USB plug.
Must I change the USB Plug in my car or is the radio damaged?
How can I repair this?

There is no fuse for the USB it goes directly into the radio head itself. The only repair is to replace the stereo itself. The replacement itself isn't the hard part, the problem is you need to read the part number from the old radio before you remove it and that takes a dealer level scan tool to do, then you remove the unit, swap the navigation card over to the new one and then program the new unit using the scan tool. Without that most of the unit will not operate. Sorry.

Hello Steve W. At first before changing the radio unit I will first change the USB cable and the plug. Did you have the GM OEM part number for this parts?

It won't be the cable as what you did wouldn't hurt the 5 wires in it, it would just fry the chip inside the radios USB interface. The cable is a Mini USB on the radios end so you could test it using one of those. As for the cable, you would need to visit a dealer, I cannot find a correct number.
