upper timing chain gasket

I have a short question; can you put the upper timing chain gasket on without removing valve cover if so how?

No, you cannot do that. The valve cover comes off before that can be performed

I just put new valve cover gasket on do I need to buy another set of valve cover gasket ? Thank you

If it is a rubberized gasket and not glued you should be able to re use it after such a short time,, otherwise replace it to be safe.
