I drove through about a foot deep of water after that 300ft later the service stability system came across the screen the abs, check engine, and battery light came on and the truck stalled and shut off when I went to start it again it wouldn't start and the battery had died even though it only a 2 month old battery when I had someone give me a jump I noticed when I put the key in it would normally say driver 2 but now it says unknown driver and the truck will start for 2-3seconds and turns off I don't have anything on the key like pk or pk+ and the security light will come on when you put the key in but goes out a couple seconds later so I thought something got too wet under the truck but it has now been over two weeks and have not had any rain and I've taken the leaf blower to under the truck all around under the hood I've have checked all the fuses and the ECM 15a one was blown replaced it also when I put the battery back in the truck after having it charged at AutoZone the front and far back dome lights come on and the rear air blows out even though it's all set to off and the dome lights try turning them off and won't and the key fob won't work either and I just put a brand new battery in it too and when I hook up an OBD reader the reader won't even power up and I plugged it into another car and powers right up.

It sounds like the PCM got wet. I would remove the unit to check the electrical connectors for corrosion, Here is the location of the PCM so you can check it out, please disconnect the battery before working on the car. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

I was able to get to the PCM it is the one with the green and blue plugs that require you to take off a screw for the harnesses to come off, correct? They both had no water, or any moisture and the orange seals looked in good shape. I have also figured out why the scan tool wouldn't turn on. It's because I didn't have a fuse in the aux power thinking it was just for a cig lighter so now OBD reader powers up and says reading then says error. So in my hunt for the fix I have also pulled out what I believe is the BCM black box under the dash of steering wheel and opened it and that is what it looked like in the pic and also under the driver's seat there is another black box which I think is the driver's seat memory control module and it had a couple of diode things burnt just like the other one so I went to pick and pull and got a new one of each well used not new and put them In but still no change still have unknown driver in DTC no fobs work or locks or windows no radio and the truck will crank and start but will immediately shut off after that.

Wow, that board is cooked, is the wiring harness okay? Has someone messed with the wiring? Something is shorted out to cause this big of an issue. Bad ground can cause this as well, to be clear this is the BCM correct?

When you say bad ground it's hard to see and I don't even know how to get to the other end of, but it goes from the back wall to the back of the engine block somewhere. But this is what it looks like and it looks bad to me, but a few people have said that it's fine but if I could figure out where it goes to and could get it off, I would just replace it anyways. Please tell me what you think.

The engine and body ground looks good, here are the wiring diagrams for the BCM so you can see which ground to test before the new BCM is installed.

This guide can help:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-wiring

The BCM will need to be programmed, I don't think the 30-minute relearn will do the trick. The black box under the driver's seat is the seat control module. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
