Underside of car damaged

Drove over/into raised concrete. Damage to underside of car and wheel/tire both damaged. How costly is a repair? And what is actually damaged underneath? (See image)

Hi:

Is this a front wheel? It appears that where the lower control arm mounts to the frame has broken. Can you let me know if this is the front and get a closer picture or from a different angle? If it is the control arm, you will need to have the part which is bent straightened and re-welded.
