I ran something over last night and it slightly removed the belly pan, underneath the car. Do I fully remove it?

Good morning.
Yes, you can remove it but I would replace it as it is a protector for dirt, debris and water to get into the powertrain.
You can remove it for now but I would replace it as soon as you can.
