Both sides under back end near the tires have a part rusted and snapped. What could it be? Can't drive it at all and had to be towed.

Hi,
I have attached two pics below of the rear suspension of the vehicle. I circled and highlighted different parts that I am suspecting may have failed. Please take a look at them and let me know.
Also, if you can take a few pics of the broken parts so I can see what you are dealing with, it will make things easier.
Let me know.

The bars are control arm/tracking bars and can be replaced. But I am having trouble identifying picture 3. Is that the frame which has broken?

Picture three is the same as two just close up. It's just on both sides closer to the tires. The guy who towed me said it can be pretty pricey, is that true ?

Hi,
As long as it is just the bars and not the frame, it can be fixed. As far as expense, I attached two pics below. The first shows the OEM part numbers and the cost of the part. The second pic shows flat rate times for replacement. You need to multiply those hours by the shops hourly labor rate.
