U2023 Ford Code - Fault Received from External Node. The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will set when the Instrument Cluster (IC) Module fault received from an external node or Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Module. I would check all fuses and then clear the codes, if has comes back I would replace the ABS controller. Here is a guide that will help you with the fuses:
