U110C is a communication failure from the PCM to the dash cluster fuel gauge. Not something that can be repaired without having a DRB III scan tool and a dealer ID number as it means either the PCM or the cluster has a fault and both need to be programmed to work together.
The test process is to connect the scan tool, clear the code.
Does it come back? If yes (likely) you run a test to see which piece is faulty, remove that part, reprogram the new one to match the vehicle and test to be sure it works.
Other than clearing the code nothing else is a DIY item.
