The car starts fine. Stays running in Park, Reverse and Neutral. When I put in Drive, it stalls. I changed the fuel pump, checked the new battery voltage (12.30-12.36 off and over 13.46 when running), alternator checked out fine, tightened and cleaned loose negative battery terminal (stopped the gauges and lights on the cluster going haywire), fusible links seemed okay. Just can't drive it because it wants to stall/does stall after a few seconds. Not sure where to look next.

The U0155 code is telling us the instrument cluster has gone bad which will cause the problem you are having.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes

I appreciate your support. I haven't taken apart the cluster. I looked at all the wires from the PCM unit under the hood. Couldn't find anything out of the ordinary. My A/C works. The only thing I noticed is that the A/C is engaging every 10 seconds or so. The relay is okay. Blows cold air. I mean can something like the suggestions above stop the car from going into drive. Its mind blowing. I will do the work on the ICP and let you know what I find out. Thanks again.

Sounds good, please let me know. It can be bad even though there are no burned out parts.
