When I put my car in idle, the two fans in front of my car turn on for a few seconds then turn off, is this normal? I don't know a lot about cars, so I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question.

This is normal radiator cooling fan operation, no worries. If the engine overheats then there is a problem.

Here is a guide that can help:

Please go over this guide and get back to us.
