car sat dead for about two months and when jumped alram started going off mechanic friend tried looking to disable horn /or fuse panel and now turn signals do not work and air bag light blinks

Were the fuses checked?

SRS light blinking could be due to a blown fuse or a fault in the system. A poor ground circuit can cause that a well.

Is the security system disarmed or disabled?
