Turns over no start?

I have the car listed above sat in the driveway for 8 years. I've pretty much replaced all parts to fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, spark plugs, spark plug wires, ignition coil pack, battery, alternator starter/ignition relay, 02 sensors, and it sounds like it wants to start it just doesn't for some reason.

This problem is going to be lack of compression, fuel or spark. I would try starting fluid first. Here is a great video that shows what to do to see which system is not working:
