turns over lights radio and exterior lights all turn on

I go to start the car it turns over everything turns on but it has a hesitant to start after the third try it starts up but slowly not as quick as it used to this problem just started two days ago please help

Check fuel pump pressure. It sounds like the pump is getting weak.
